The menus look clean and well sorted and the trackpad is perhaps the best thing invented since sliced bread. Despite the intuitive touch screen that iPhone offers, any user will say that Blackberry probably is the phone that is easier to use. If you love smartphones, then you have probably been faced with the biggest question : Android or iOs?
In this article we are not going to say which is better but which one is better FOR YOU.
First of all, you should know that both of these OS’s are owned by two companies, IOS by apple and Android by Google.
The biggest differences between the two operating systems is the flexibility of control parameter. Android believe that the consumer has bought the device and do what ever he want with, Apple think that it’s in the consumers best interest to keep a very tight seal over what the user can do outside of apple’s nest of loveliness.
For example, if you are using an android device you could search in the web for any application without any problem and download it, on the other side if you have an Ios device you can’t, because you if you want to download some application you should download it from the App Store.
One other large point to add to all is the “Notifications”. Notifications is how the device brings a events to the consumers attention, like a new tweet or new mail or even a text message. We can say that apple copied Android idea, but anyway IOS delivers them with a elegant way not like Android.
Finally, about the web experience, i think that both of the operating systems have a very good web browser.But there is some large differences, one of them is that Ios does not support flash content, that mean if you want to play a video on YouTube you must download the application from the store. However when you are browsing the web with Android, the web appears as if it on a computer screen.
So the answer of the question is :
-If you prefer an easy to use simple and elegant system and safe, i would suggest IOS
-If you are more advanced and you would total control of the device with no bound by strict policy,but has the small and calculated risk of taking on board some harmful software, i would suggest Android.
